Shipping Disclaimer
All USAMINOS orders are shipped with UPS and include insurance coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Orders totaling more than $200 are eligible for complimentary 2–3 day shipping.
Once a shipment is accepted by UPS, delivery timing is managed by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by USAMINOS. While most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, transit delays may occur due to weather, holidays, weekend processing pauses, increased carrier volume, or other conditions beyond our control.
Our research materials are packaged in protective boxes to help safeguard vials from impact and temperature extremes during transit. Because bacteriostatic water is a stable aqueous solution, cold packs are not required for shipping.
Product Care & Storage
- Store at room temperature or refrigerated (2–8°C), away from direct light.
- Do not freeze.
- Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 28 days.
- Discard any solution that becomes discolored or shows signs of contamination.
